Meet Leila—a 5-month-old black-and-white fluffball with eyes the color of a winter sky. She was saved from the e-list in Nogales, pulled from the brink just in time. But here’s the thing about second chances: they come with a price tag.

Leila is everything a husky puppy should be—playful, energetic, crate-trained like a champ, obsessed with car rides, and already figuring out the doggy door like a little genius. She wants to play ALL DAY LONG (her foster mom’s words, not ours!). She’s the kind of puppy who makes you forget your bad day the second she wags her tail.

But right now, Leila needs us to show up for her the way she’d show up for us.
